Harney said the board should consult the finance committee about available funds before advancing a more expensive option. Trustees noted one estimate in the packet for a Satino-like playground (transcript shows the figure as "143,00" in the meeting materials), and several printed resident comments were included in packets for further review.
No formal decision was made; trustees asked staff to post the full survey results online and to have finance brief the board during budget discussions beginning in February.
