County sanitarian Corey Peterson reviewed and signed the permit scoring and told the board the application ranked well ‘‘above the limit’’ for approval. The chair and individual supervisors cast recorded 'yes' votes and the resolution carried.
During the meeting staff noted a clerical error on the written resolution number and corrected it on the record before the roll-call. The resolution text authorizes the county to issue the construction permit consistent with the sanitarian’s review and with applicable drainage and environmental maintenance requirements.
Next steps: staff will file the signed resolution and the sanitarian’s evaluation in the project file and provide the permit paperwork to the applicant.
