Council Members Casey, Vieira, Otero, Vice Mayor Martinez and Mayor Lopez voted "yes"; there were no "no" votes, abstentions or recusals. A later emailed comment noted that a separate K9 donation item had been stricken from the consent calendar prior to the meeting.
