Votes on each item were recorded in the affirmative by Miss Jack, Mr. Buyers, Mr. Murray (recorded in the transcript), Mr. Trobridge, Mr. Whitney and the chair. Michael Brewer participated as a new associate member but did not vote at this meeting.
Procedural note: staff said mailed/legal notice requirements were met for each item; staff also indicated that some posted maps used for neighborhood outreach included broader context and will be corrected where necessary to reduce confusion among nearby residents.
The commission adjourned after handling the agenda.
