- Finance & Administration: Moved multiple budget and transfer ordinances for further readings; the mayor and directors presented budget items for committee review.
Committee votes on the consent and emergency items were recorded as unanimous (8–0) during the meeting's roll-call sequence; the consent agenda and the emergency ordinances were forwarded for council approval and will appear on the next council docket.
