Council approves 8-0 contract authorization for 2026 Tomato Festival
Summary
By unanimous roll-call vote (8-0), Reynoldsburg City Council authorized the mayor to enter an agreement with Media Production Enterprise (MPE) to produce the 2026 Tomato Festival.
During the consent agenda on Nov. 10, 2025, the clerk read an ordinance authorizing the mayor to enter into an agreement with Media Production Enterprise (MPE) for the 2026 Tomato Festival. President Strickland called for a motion; the ordinance was moved, seconded and approved by roll-call vote with eight ayes and no dissent.
The clerk recorded an 8-0 vote in favor of the ordinance authorizing the mayor to execute the agreement. The council recorded the passage as an approved consent-agenda item and moved on to other business.
