Planning staff requested and received commissioner approval for an intergovernmental cooperation agreement with Summit Township and ratified a developer agreement between Crawford County and Franklin Solar.
Planning Director Sam (as addressed in the meeting) presented the items and, after motions and roll calls, the board approved both the intergovernmental agreement and the developer agreement. Sam then introduced the county’s new deputy planning director, Jerry Millard Jr., noting Millard is from Titusville and recently moved from Texas. Millard told the board he is "happy to be here, and I look forward to working with everybody."
The developer agreement and the intergovernmental cooperation agreement were presented together under the planning agenda; the transcript does not include substantive debate over terms of the developer agreement or the intergovernmental provisions. The commissioners welcomed Millard aboard and thanked planning staff.
