Staff also previewed events and programming: a Radcliffe ribbon cutting and building tours are scheduled with a community night following; the city will test the concession stand during an upcoming softball tournament and expand senior programming and classes in May. Staff said they are collecting quotes for a potential racquetball‑court demolition and reviewing parking-lot work that may be part of the five-year plan.
Next steps: staff will prioritize trash pick‑ups and mulch deliveries, complete inspections and provide a follow-up report to the commission. The director said some playground repairs could be evaluated and scheduled within about a month depending on contractor availability and budget.
