Commission member Bryan Everitt raised an informational item about the 600 block of North Broad St., reporting that the commission had approved demolition of an existing structure and barn for safety reasons and that property owners had begun foundation work for a replacement house.
Andrew Lundell said he reviewed December minutes and confirmed the commission previously approved the house construction but did not approve the barn. Everitt and Lundell said property owners must return to the commission to obtain approval for any new accessory structure as the project progresses.
No formal action was taken at the Sept. 17 meeting; staff and property owners are expected to return to the commission for accessory-structure review.
