Historic Lancaster Commission approves minutes, tables two applications; next meeting set for Dec. 17

The Historic Lancaster Commission approved the Oct. 15, 2025 meeting minutes and handled routine business during a brief Nov. 19 meeting.
Commission member Matt Brady moved to approve the Oct. 15 minutes as submitted via email; Jason Annecy seconded and the minutes record the motion as carried unanimously. There were no administrative approvals reported.
Two previously opened applications remained tabled at the applicants’ requests: CA-00552 (955 Lincoln Ave., demolition and parking) remains tabled until exterior drawings are completed, and CA-00558 (214/216 S. Columbus St., window replacement) remains tabled per the applicant’s request.
City representatives in attendance included Mayor McDaniel, Mitch Harden, Andrew Lundell, Chasilyn Carter and Shannon Seesholtz; minutes were respectfully submitted by Shannon Seesholtz. The commission adjourned at 2:13 PM and scheduled its next regular meeting for Dec. 17, 2025 at 2:00 PM in City Hall, 104 E. Main St.
