Warren County Retirement Board approves prior minutes, updates authorized signers and adjourns

At its Feb. 19 meeting, the Warren County Retirement Board approved the Nov. 13, 2024 minutes. Commissioner Daniel Glotz moved to approve the minutes as presented; Commissioner Tricia D. Durbin seconded and the motion carried unanimously, according to the record.
Chief Clerk Pamela J. Matve stated the authorized signers on the retirement account need to be updated for 2025 and said she will forward the updated signatory information to Kim (Kimberly) Henry at NW Retirement Services.
Following routine business and the investment overview, Commissioner Daniel Glotz moved to adjourn; Commissioner Tricia D. Durbin seconded and the meeting adjourned at 1:40 p.m.
