• A $1,050,000 amendment for the Bertonsville Access Road (Department of Transportation). • $6,816,000 for Rockville transportation improvements, funded by impact taxes. • A $252,274 supplemental appropriation to School Health Services (Head Start nursing services). • A $1,000,000 Green Bank pilot technology assistance program (Permitting Services). • A $10,000,000 federal‑grant‑funded appropriation for achieving net‑zero energy codes (Permitting Services). • $1,500,000 state aid for White Ferry transportation improvements. • $145,000 to support the tuberculosis control program (Health and Human Services). • A $3,814,685 capital item for Montgomery County Public Schools (state aid) and related CIP amendments.
