Presenters from MHTN Architects and Westland Construction said the work was developed after a year of design workshops and stakeholder outreach; the board earlier approved a four-year hybrid construction timeline with a planning budget of $80,750,000. The project team said schematic and design-development phases are complete and bid documents were posted in April.
