Gayfield said he, Noah Akers, and Jen Shamblin will be involved on the project team and estimated the full assessment would take about six months.
Chair Charles Elsea said he would be out of town but could participate remotely; Commissioner Bob Lovell confirmed his availability and asked when the assessment would be completed. Gayfield said meeting details, including a remote option, would be sent to attendees.
