During the public-comment portion of the April 27 work session, Tod and Lynn Madderra of 3385 McClure Bridge Road raised a complaint about a neighbor who uses loud, gasoline-powered lawn equipment at various hours of the day and late into the evening. The Mayor and Council directed staff to look into the matter.
Staff also briefed the Council on the upcoming Strategic Retreat, which will focus on evaluating the City's vision statement and aspirational goals. Mayor Greg Whitlock explained the process for the first budget review session, which is scheduled for Monday, May 4, 2026. The work session adjourned at 6:45 p.m.
