Council members asked how the resident-priority cutoff will be determined and what the age cutoff for youth pricing is; Rick said staff reviewed recent years of family-pass sales and used a roughly 10–15% increase in available family passes to accommodate new capacity, and that the youth cutoff is about ages 2 through 17 (he said he would confirm the exact cutoff). Councilwoman Fleming emphasized resident access given bond support for the project.
Council moved and adopted the resolution approving the fees as presented.
