Panorama Village council approves cyber‑liability interlocal agreement, playground equipment purchase and final WWTP payment

Panorama Village — The Panorama Village City Council voted unanimously Sept. 19 to approve three administrative items and accepted several departmental reports and engineering updates.

On motions by Councilmember Ted Nichols, with seconds recorded as noted, the council approved the consent agenda (minutes and expenditures), authorized the TML Intergovernmental Risk Pool Cyber Liability and Data Breach Response Interlocal Agreement, and accepted a Miracle Recreation Equipment Co. quote for Parks & Recreation. The council also approved Payment No. 2 (final) to Solid Bridge Construction for the rehabilitation of Wastewater Treatment Plant A.
