Travis Walker of Bleyl Engineering reported to the Panorama Village City Council that Bullock Construction completed dredging of the Lake Panorama sedimentation pond following May’s sedimentation events.
Bullock Construction provided an estimate for sheet piling to help protect the drive to the pond, but the company has not been authorized to perform that work. Walker also reported the state anticipates the MS4 permit renewal application will open in mid-August.
Walker said there were no new updates on the Big Bear Retail Center or on revisions to the Woodland Hills drainage and detention plans since Bleyl submitted comments. Conroe has not yet requested a meeting regarding its portion of the Catahoula project. An electrical engineer visited the Indian Wells lift station last month and is preparing estimates and recommendations for a generator.
No motions or funding authorizations for the sheet-piling estimate or generator work were recorded in the minutes.
