At the May 13 meeting staff announced several administrative items: a public hearing on draft text amendments for rear lots and common driveways set for the May 27 Planning & Zoning Commission meeting and draft language included in the packet; work on zoning amendments required by a state housing public act (staff said a memo will be provided at the May 27 meeting); and staffing news that Steven Nadek will serve as interim director of development while Director Buckheit pursues other opportunities.
Staff also reported the completion of a six-unit apartment development at 112–120 Main Street and recommended release of two site-completion bonds after the parcels were combined and zoning requirements resolved; final bond amounts were not specified in the hearing record.
The commission was asked to note these items and the public-hearing schedule; staff will circulate the draft amendment language and timing online ahead of the May 27 meeting.
