The Planning Commission unanimously approved the staff recommendation to adopt the street name "Red Fox Manor" for a new access easement off Outlaw Road.
Johaida Pfister, deputy fire chief, introduced Kathleen, the town 9‑1‑1 communications manager, to present the request from property owner Susanna Legree. Kathleen said the proposed easement would provide direct access to three homes on the parcel and must be planned to serve up to three additional dwellings given the zoning density. "Red Fox Manor will provide direct access to 3 homes on the parcel," Kathleen said while describing the site and showing the staff map.
Staff confirmed the naming criteria were met and recommended adoption. Commissioner Lobaugh moved to approve the name, with Vice Chair Campbell seconding; the motion passed 7–0. The name will be recorded as the official access easement name in town files.
