Commissioner Larry Hammond proposed siting the chargers further down Glover Road and moved to approve the request at that alternative location; Commissioner David Walls seconded. Commissioners James Perry and Iris Harris voted in opposition. Chairman Lee Boone cast the tie-breaking vote against the motion, resulting in the proposal’s denial (Hammond and Walls yes; Perry and Harris no; Boone no tie-break; Commissioner Larry Hooks absent).
