AM Welles quoted a mobilization fee of $7,500 per location and a unit price of $6.00 per cubic yard. Faction Constructor LLC submitted a unit price of $10.95 per cubic yard with an estimated total of $547,500. East Ridge Excavation LLC submitted a unit price of $5.80 per cubic yard with a total price of $290,000; staff noted that with five mobilizations the East Ridge total would be approximately $330,000.
No contract award was made; commissioners said the proposals will be reviewed and scored before any award decision.
