During the public-comment portion of the May 12 meeting, John Cameron identified himself and said he is running for General Sessions Division 2 in the August 6 election, with early voting beginning July 17. Cameron summarized his 18 years of experience in Shelby County’s environmental court and said he hopes to treat people with respect and dignity from the bench.
Cameron told the board and audience he is not currently a Bartlett resident but gave a local address for the record and asked attendees to vote. "Please vote for me starting July 17 and especially on August 6, John Cameron for General Sessions Division 2," he said.
