County Attorney John Dryden reported he had researched other localities' regulations to inform potential updates. Staff also said work continues on reviewing planned unit developments and accessory dwelling units and that they will present findings to the commission at a future meeting.
Commission Chair Tom Beebe thanked the county attorney for the research and invited any further comments. No formal action or vote was taken; staff will return when research and drafts are ready for commission review.
