Commissioners offered brief personal remembrances: Commissioner Ziegenmeier recalled Munger's longtime presence at high-school athletic sidelines and Commissioner Cardoza invited donations for a yard-marker memorial. The chair closed the meeting with an adjournment in Munger's memory.
