Boone County approves rezoning Ordinance No. 170 and adopts amended fee schedule

Supervisor Scott Longhorn moved to open the hearing; the board closed the hearing and approved the third reading by motion (Longhorn moved; Bryant seconded) with all supervisors voting aye.
The board also considered Resolution 26-12, a new schedule of fees for Planning & Zoning and the Development Department of Health & Sanitation. An initial motion to adopt Resolution 26-12 failed for lack of a second. Supervisor Shawn Bryant then moved and Supervisor Longhorn seconded a motion to adopt Resolution 26-12 as amended to add a $45 charge for each additional site visit and to adjust language related to radon test kits; that motion passed unanimously.
