County OKs designation of Lifetime Resources as transit provider

Thomas said designation is required for Lifetime Resources to continue submitting the grant application that funds the service. The board did not record roll-call vote totals on the record; approval was given by unanimous voice vote during the meeting.
The board took no additional policy action beyond approving the resolution; next steps include permitting the designee to complete INDOT's annual grant application process.
