Separately, the council approved Resolution 26‑05‑04 to authorize up to $4,500 additional funds for the City Fest event on June 27, bringing the council's allocated festival spending to a higher total to cover planned activities and fireworks.
Votes: Roll calls were recorded for the contract and resolution approvals; the mayor declared the motions passed. The council asked staff to ensure documentation of bid openings and contract award justification would be placed in the record.
