He also invited the public to a Sheriff’s Foundation 5K fundraiser scheduled for the coming Saturday.
The court’s brief remarks and video emphasized the county’s capital investment in the new facility and thanked staff for their work on the project. No formal vote was required for the proclamation or the operational update.
