"It actually came from CESA 5," she said, describing the practice as standard and intended to increase transparency in monthly reconciliations.
Board members moved and seconded the item and voted by roll call; the board recorded unanimous affirmative votes listed at the time of the motion.
The district will maintain existing payment systems; the change affects account structure for bookkeeping and audit review rather than altering payroll processes themselves. Administration said the matter was procedural and intended to streamline financial oversight.
