District schedules public forums next week for three superintendent finalists

Brooke, speaking for district staff, said the board met with six semifinalists earlier in the week and selected three finalists: Dr. Becky Clifford, Liz Reitz and Dr. Christine Michael. “The community will have an opportunity to interact with them and meet them and share some feedback,” Brooke said, and the district has posted the finalists’ bios on its website.
The public forums are scheduled next Wednesday from 6:00 to 8:30 p.m. in the same meeting room and via Zoom; the board plans to choose an offer recipient on Thursday. Community members may submit questions online in advance if they cannot attend in person, the district said.
