Johnson also invited the community to a short groundbreaking ceremony tomorrow at 9:30 a.m. behind the high school.
Board members asked clarification questions about remaining work items and contingencies. Johnson reiterated that most subcontractor categories yielded competitive bids and that only the signage category required a non-low-bid recommendation because the low bidder did not carry a bid bond.
