The superintendent noted Ore’s academic credentials, saying she earned a Bachelor of Science in education from Missouri State University and a master’s degree in school administration from Linenwood University. Board members offered a brief round of applause for the hire during the recognition portion of the meeting.
The appointment was announced during the superintendent’s report and was listed among the personnel items the board approved earlier in the evening as part of routine business. No additional procedural actions or vote tallies for the hiring were recorded in the meeting transcript.
