The chair then asked who could attend. In the roll call for attendance, Miss Bennett, Mr. Blattle, Ms. Burdo, Miss Jordan, Mr. Feeney and Ms. Williams confirmed they would attend; Ms. Rein responded "maybe." The Committee asked members to send a follow-up email or provide a roll-call list to the chair within the next couple of days.
No formal motion was recorded related to the forum invitation; the Committee agreed to participate and closed the item to move on to adjournment.
