Board approves consent items and personnel changes after closed session

Finance staff also reviewed the January 31 expenditure‑by‑object report and explained an adjusting journal entry to correct previously recorded wire fees; staff reported that moving general account funds occurred Jan. 24 and that Grant County Bank deposited additional interest credits. Auditors reported zero audit findings for the year; a management letter will note remaining segregation‑of‑duties items but no formal audit findings were issued.
No other formal board actions were reported at the meeting; the session adjourned at about 6:57 p.m.
