JP presented details for the June invoice packet and noted several large or recurring items, including a $17,550.60 state-contract network-management payment for technology services, access-control hardware tied to a grant, STEM funding passed through to a partner organization, reimbursable bus repairs (95% reimbursement noted) and a $67,875.13 land purchase payout reflected as a wire transfer through the district's accounting system. "Total bills for the month we're 1,213,954.44," JP said. The board approved payment by voice vote.
For July, JP described a lighter month at $352,631.78 and highlighted annual membership fees for EPIC, Medicaid-billing services that the district uses (JP stated those services support more than $200,000 in annual Medicaid reimbursements to the district), an equipment grant at Franklin Elementary ($8,996.41) and software subscriptions such as the Stop It anonymous-reporting app and Renaissance Learning assessment subscriptions. The superintendent recommended payment and the board approved by voice vote.
