Families were instructed to pick up a preschool packet at any Brooke County School beginning Feb. 3, schedule an in-person appointment that works for them, and bring the completed packet to the Brooke County Schools Board of Education office.
Brooke County Schools framed the rollout as an effort to expand early learning access and to provide classroom instruction aligned with current reading and math practices.
