Under introductions (first reading), the clerk read Ordinance 0012-2026 (a supplemental appropriation to the general fund for contract services supporting cultural and artistic programming) and Ordinance 0018-2026 (zoning code amendments to Part 11 to update and clarify standards); no action was taken on those items at the meeting. The clerk also reported a notice from the Ohio Division of Liquor Control for a permit application for Soul to Go Express LLC at 134 N. Hamilton Road; the division of police reported no objection and the clerk indicated the notice would be returned per usual procedure.
