At the May 14 meeting the North Logan City Library Board approved the April meeting minutes and later voted to move into a closed session to discuss the director's evaluation.
Jen Albrecht opened a motion to accept the April minutes; she put the motion and the board voted unanimously to approve. "All in favor to approve the minutes for April, say aye," Albrecht said; the board responded and the chair declared the vote unanimous.
Near the meeting's end, Albrecht moved that the board go into a closed meeting "to discuss the health, competency and character of an employee." The motion was seconded and carried by unanimous voice vote. The recording was stopped before the board entered closed session.
