Council member Nolan schedules first community investment subcommittee meeting Oct. 30

Council member Evan Nolan said the previously approved community investment subcommittee will hold its first meeting on Thursday, Oct. 30 at 1 p.m. in Cincinnati City Council chambers. Vice Mayor Kearney will serve as vice chair and council members Albee and Mika Owens will participate.
Nolan described the meeting as an opportunity to convene Bond Hill community partners, residents, community councils and development partners to proactively discuss economic development along Redding Road and Midpoint Crossing. "We want to use our platform at the city to convene everybody together before a community is being asked to react to something," Nolan said.
Vice Mayor Kearney and other members encouraged colleagues to visit the Bond Hill business district ahead of the meeting and highlighted local businesses that community members might visit as background for the discussion.
