He said: “So I'm here today to again request that you call on ODOT to conduct an environmental impact statement for the proposed I‑75 Highway expansion project through our city. An EIS, as is appropriate in this case under NEPA, would require the study of alternatives to the current plan, including perhaps what congestion pricing might do to solve the traffic problem we have here.” (Bob Hyland)
