Councilors ask for 30-day feasibility report on converting vacant city lots to mixed-income housing

The vice mayor said copies of the request were provided to the city manager, the port authority and the Affordable Housing Trust Fund and Cincinnati Development Foundation, noting those entities might supply resources for implementation.
