Committee advances a slate of ordinances, transfers and payments and votes to enter executive session

At the administration's request, Vice Chair Evan Nolan moved the committee into executive session under Ohio Revised Code Section 121.22(G)(3) to discuss pending or imminent court action with the city solicitor's office. The motion was seconded, and the clerk conducted a roll call; each member present voted yes (Nolan; Jeffries; Johnson; Vice Mayor Jan Michelle Kearney; Ryan James; Mika Owens; Seth Walsh; Anna Albee). The committee then entered executive session.
