During the public-comment portion of the Public Safety and Quality of Life Committee on Feb. 18, a resident calling from Zoom described ongoing parking congestion on Lehi Avenue in the Sedamsville neighborhood and said enforcement feels inconsistent.
The caller said the street is "very condensed" and that parking is shared with an adjacent street. She added that some landlords are increasing rents frequently and asked whether the city could help. Chair Scotty Johnson confirmed he had the caller's information, recommended contacting 311 and offered the committee's office phone number for follow-up.
Committee staff said they would follow up with the caller; no formal action was taken during the meeting.
