Jeffries framed the motion by noting transit‑oriented development opportunities seen in other cities and said the report is intended to ensure Cincinnati is organized to take advantage of upcoming BRT investment. Councilmember Krammerding and Vice Chair Haldi expressed support and flagged other corridors of interest that are not part of the current BRT routes. Council members discussed pairing the land inventory with preapproved modular housing plans to speed construction and reduce costs.
Without objection, the committee moved the motion out for adoption and closed the meeting; the administration was directed to prepare the requested report within 60 days.
