"The preliminary plat was approved by the village board back in February," planning staff said, and noted this property sits in the village's extraterritorial plat jurisdiction. Randy Grove, a member of the development team, told the commission he was available to answer final questions. Staff identified two outstanding engineering items: demonstrating that fire trucks can access all lots and addressing stormwater-discharge and detention-basin maintenance related to culverts on Highway 19.
Commissioners voted to approve the final plat subject to those engineering clarifications. One abstention was recorded on the motion.
