Council member Jeffries said the company is consolidating jobs at its Central Parkway center, adding roughly 135 new full‑time positions with an average salary of about $75,000 and relocating 30 remote jobs, a package the sponsor estimated would generate approximately $1.8 million in earnings tax over 10 years. The council said CRA approvals were intended to encourage housing production and job retention; roll calls recorded affirmative votes and emergency adoptions where listed.
Council members praised the projects as steps toward housing production and economic development, and the clerk recorded 'Yes' votes for passage.
