"So on, your first page of 2026, we're going to need to revise the budget to what expenses we've had on the wood chips out here and our improvements to our playgrounds," the Treasurer said, describing the $23,895 adjustment and the $45,000 capital outlay figure.
Council members discussed whether to include the grant in the FY2027 document immediately or to wait until grant qualifications are finalized. The treasurer said the town had been awarded the grant but still needed to satisfy qualification steps before receipt and that the council would know the final status prior to the June meeting.
