Warren County Redevelopment Commission members voted to approve the 2025 annual report and passed resolution O513 after staff reported updated tax‑increment financing (TIF) balances and a settlement schedule.
At the meeting, a staff member reported that settlement with a new software vendor is scheduled for May 27 and that detailed numbers will be available afterward. "Pike TIF has $58,239.70," the staff member said, and "West Lebanon TIF has $118,783.17." The commission accepted the annual report by voice vote.
Chair (speaker 1) moved to approve the meeting agenda and later to approve the resolution described in the packet as resolution number 2026 (O513). With no objections recorded on the transcript, members responded "Aye" and the motions passed.
Commission discussion focused on ensuring contracts, engagement letters and documentation are on file for previously approved legal services. Staff and commissioners said they will locate the earlier engagement letter with law firm Ice Miller so legal counsel can support ongoing TIF work.
The commission did not adopt new policy during the meeting; staff said settlement figures and follow‑up materials will be circulated after the May 27 settlement. The RDC adjourned after a public comment period and discussion of project and road planning.
