The commission then nominated Laura Patterson for vice chair; commissioners voted and Patterson was re-elected. In other business the commission approved the minutes of its April 22, 2026 meeting by voice vote and then adjourned. Staff noted there will be a May 27 meeting with a conditional-use permit and that City Council remains deliberative on the municipal budget.
